If your voucher is approaching its expiry date, you can extend its validity by up to twelve additional months and continue planning your perfect flying experience.

Choose a voucher extension period from 2 to 12 additional months. Once purchased, our team will manually apply the extension to your existing Air Experiences voucher and confirm the updated expiry date by email.

Voucher Extension Policy
Voucher extensions apply only to valid Air Experiences vouchers that have not yet expired beyond any applicable grace period.
Voucher extensions are manually processed by the Air Experiences team and are applied to the original voucher reference already held within our system.
Purchasing an extension does not generate a new voucher. Instead, the expiry date of the existing voucher is updated and re-confirmed by email.
Voucher extensions are non-refundable once processed and may not be transferred between separate voucher orders.
Air Experiences reserves the right to refuse voucher extension requests where the original voucher has already been redeemed, cancelled, refunded, or significantly exceeded its expiry period.
Experience availability remains subject to seasonality, weather conditions, operational scheduling, and provider availability.
