A flight for 2 in a four-seat aircraft is a great way to share an experience. One will be the ‘wannabe pilot’ and the other the ‘observer’ in the rear passenger seats. The light-aircraft that you’ll fly in depends on the airfield that you opt for. Many airfields operate using 4-seater aircrafts use either Piper PA28’s or Cessna 172’s. Both are very well-known popular models which can be found at all of our UK locations.
On arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the flying school where they will brief you on your flight. They will explain the basic controls of the aircraft and how the flight will be conducted. Following your pre-flight brief with your instructor, you’ll be led to your aircraft. Once buckled in, your instructor will get you airborne safely into the skies and take you sightseeing around the local landmarks. Have the chance to take photos and videos and enjoy the flight together with even the ‘wannabe pilot’ having a go at taking the controls!
